Haven Hospice serves patients of all ages who reside in Middlesex, Union, Somerset and portions of Monmouth counties. We are one of the longest-running hospice programs in the region, with an over-25 year history of proud service and commitment to the communities we serve. Our longevity reflects our sensitive and compassionate care for patients including children, veterans, and individuals of diverse orientations, backgrounds, financial status and diagnoses.
