Walter Gajewski
July 6, 1952 — December 4, 2017
Walter Gajewski, age 65 of Sayreville, NJ passed surrounded by his loving family on December 4th at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Rahway.
A faithful Catholic, Walter was the son of late Walter and Genevieve , and as a child was an Altar Boy who continued to serve his community by becoming a Parishioner at Sacred Heart Church. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and travel. Walter was a hard worker with the Local 77 Labor Union and happily retired after years of service.
Walter joyfully married his true love Renee with whom he found endless laughter beside. He was a beloved father to two Daughters Scarlett and Desiree, who were the Angel Eyes and Sunshine of his life. A strong family man he loved his sister Carol Seaton-Elliott, brother in law Mike and his niece and nephew Michelle and Andrew. Known for his humor, the echoing comedic laughter between him and dearest best friend Bob McFadden will never be forgotten. Walter's kindness, high spirits, humility, and devotion to his family, friends and neighbors will always be remembered and admired as his presence was truly life changing.

Wake services will be from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM on Friday December 8th at the Kurzawa Funeral Home 338 Main Street, South Amboy, NJ and a 9 AM mass on Saturday will be held at Sacred Heart Church in South Amboy, cremation service private to follow.
