Silvia Martha Villacorta

Silvia Martha Villacorta, (Nee: Robles) of East Brunswick passed away peacefully and entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 24, 2019 with her family by her side.
Silvia was blessed into this world on a Friday on July 29, 1955, 63 years ago in Lima, Peru, the daughter of Oscar and Sara. She was an active child who loved her family and loved her heritage. Silvia’s life was like a great love song mixed with great salsa music, as well she loved to dance. Silvia was a fighter and one of the strongest women in her family, second to her mother. Her beautiful smile and laugh was something that fill a room and last longer than the day is long, and she will be remembered for that.
Silvia is survived by her husband Lucho, loving daughters Roxana Duque and her husband Alvaro, and Leslie Villacorta, cherished grandchildren Alexandra and Anthony Duque. Dear sisters Margarita Mantilla, her husband Elmer, Sara Momat, her husband Greg, brothers Walter Robles, his wife Susana and Fernando Robles, his wife Isabel. Silvia is also survived by, many family members and friends, the list can go on for pages, they all loved her deeply with all their hearts.
She is predeceased by her parents, Oscar and Sara Robles.
Family and friends are invited to a 10am mass at Holy Family - Sacred Heart Church, 56 Throop Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 on Saturday, June 29, 2019. A private cremation will follow after the service.
