Pearl Fisher Profile Photo

Pearl Fisher, our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, lovingly known as Nannie, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the age of 91.

Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1934, Pearl spent most of her life in New Jersey, where she cultivated a life rich in love, laughter, and resilience.

As a young woman, Pearl was a talented tap dancer, and even at 90 years old—seated in her wheelchair—she was still dancing, still dazzling. Her signature blue eyeshadow and radiant smile were instantly recognizable. Anyone who spent any time with her has heard the countless stories of her very large family, who she loved dearly. We will miss her heartfelt birthday song every year and her delicious home cooking, especially our beloved meatballs and potatoes.

Pearl was the devoted wife of Louis Fisher, who passed away when she was just 49. In the years that followed, she raised their children with strength and grace, building a legacy of perseverance and unconditional love.

She is survived by her 11 married children, along with an abundance of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whose lives she shaped with wisdom and warmth.

Loved ones will gather on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 2pm for a funeral service, to celebrate the extraordinary life of a woman whose heart was always full, and whose memory will forever be cherished, at the Floral Park Cemetery, 104 Deans Rhode Hall Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852.

For those wishing to attend the services on Tuesday please arrive by 1:45pm.
