Marcin Bednarski, of Matawan New Jersey, was 48 when he passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
He was born August 18, 1975 in Częstochowa, Poland, raised by his mother Grazyna and father Andrzje. He grew up in Poland for half of his life and studied music. Marcin moved to America in 1999 with the love of his life, Angela, whom he married in 2003. In 2007 they became the parents of their lovely daughter Rose. Marcin was a Jack of all trades but for most of his life he was an independent entrepreneur and painted houses for a living.
Marcin was an adventurer, enjoyed biking, hiking, ziplining, and discovering caves were some of his favorite things to do. Marcin was a free spirit, a true viking, always curious and looking for a challenge, but above all filled with love and life.
Marcin was born to create, and had a great passion for making music. Playing the bass and drums was his escape into a different world where he felt free. He also loved connecting with nature, watching good movies with his family, learning new things like astrology and history, cooking, and dancing. Every second spent with Marcin was a blessing. He touched kindness into every soul he met and was a hero to those who were lucky enough to know him. He will forever be missed by family and friends for the great man he was and always will be.
Marcin was predeceased by his mother Grazyna Marchewka and father Andrzej Bednarski.
Marcin was survived by his wife Angela Bednarski and daughter Rose Bednarski, his brother Albert Bednarski and sister in law Joanna Bednarski, step father Jurek Binder, and niece Marta Bednarski.
Friends are invited to pay their respects for a memorial service on Friday, March 22, 2024 4pm to 7pm with a Catholic prayer service at 6pm at the Kurzawa Funeral Home, 338 Main Street, South Amboy, NJ 08879. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation.
