The family of Kazimierz (Kazik) Wysocki of Old Bridge, NJ is deeply saddened to announce his passing on Saturday, May 24, 2026 at the age of 82. Born on September 25, 1944 in Truski, Poland, Kazik lived a full and happy life.
He was a beloved husband of fifty-four years, a devoted father, brother, dziadzi, wujek and friend who loved his family deeply and with all his heart. He was very proud of his Polish heritage and was excited to share stories and traditions with his children and grandchildren. He made friends wherever he went and was known for his warm and welcoming smile. He especially loved to celebrate holidays with his big family and gave amazing hugs so you knew how much he loved you. Kazik also enjoyed fishing, playing and watching soccer, and traveling to see the world with his wife and family.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Irene; his daughters, Yvonne Breitenfeld (husband Greg) and Joanne Formica (husband Shane) and his son Christopher Wysocki. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Victoria, Steven, Andrew, Amelia, Isabella and Rosalie; his sister, Sophie Kecki (husband Tom); his brothers, Ryszard (wife Jean) and Joe (wife Sophie); and his many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
He was predeceased by his father Franciszek, his mother Anna and his brothers, Bogdan (survived by his wife Anna) and Wojtek.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 8:00 am to 11:30 am at the Kurzawa Funeral Home, 338 Main Street, South Amboy, New Jersey 08879. Followed by a 12 pm Catholic Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, 531 Washington Avenue, South Amboy, New Jersey. A funeral procession to St. Gabriel’s Mausoleum, Newman Springs Road, Marlboro, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
