Dorothy Kardos

Dorothy Kardos (Nee: Simeone) 88, of South Amboy, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at home surrounded by her family.
Dorothy resided in South Amboy for the last 60 years. She was a housewife, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also employed by Parkway Fabricators making scuba diving suits.
She was predeceased by her husband George Kardos in 2016.
Dorothy is survived by her sister Barbara Cronin and her husband Charles, her children Gregory Kardos, Lisa Ziola and her husband John, niece Peggy Alpert and her husband Lenny, grandchildren Matthew Kardos, and his wife Kimberly, Brittany Kardos, Gregory Ziola. Johnny Ziola, and great grandchildren Nathaniel, Owen and Joseph.
Friends are invited to the Kurzawa Funeral Home, 338 Main Street, South Amboy, NJ 08879 on Monday, April 4, 2022 from 4pm to 7pm, with a cathoic prayer service at 6pm. Cremation will be held privately.
