Dariusz Adam Karasiewicz, a 49-year-old resident of South Amboy, left us and this world on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at his home.

Born in Poland, in the city of Sztum, Dariusz completed his education at the Mining School in Jastrzębie Zdrój and served as a soldier for our country, Poland ,a duty he held with immense pride. Fearless of hard work, as a young adult he used to work at a soda bottling plant and occasionally as a bouncer. He moved to the United States on March 17, 2000 at the age of 26 and settled in our little town of South Amboy, where he began his cherished career in construction.

Known for his perfectionism at work, Dariusz also found time for joy, taking his wife on lovely vacations. He supported his stepsons in every aspect, helping one with his studies and introducing the other to his own trade. His grandchildren, the apples of his eye, received much of his time. His smile was constant, his humor found in the simplest of things. Let’s remember him as a sunny man who loved music, a man who never forgot the value of hard work, brought laughter into our lives,
and remembered each of us fondly.

He is survived by his cherished wife Wioletta, loving stepsons Maciej Klosiewicz and his wife Monika and Filip Klosiewicz. Step-grandchildren Tomasz and Amelia Klosiewicz. Dear brother Marek Karasiewicz and his wife Iwona.

Friends are invited to pay their respects to the family on Friday, November 10, 2023, from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Kurzawa Funeral Home, 338 Main Street, South Amboy, NJ 08879. A 10am funeral mass will be offered at Sacred Heart Church, South Amboy, NJ on Saturday, November 11, 2023.
