Ryszard P. Szot, 50, of South Amboy, NJ, died peacefully at home on Thursday, March 16, 2017. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Kurzawa Funeral Home, 338 Main Street in South Amboy. A mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12 noon on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Sacred Heart Church in South Amboy. Private Cremation will follow. Interment will take place privately at The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in Doylestown, PA. Memories and Condolences may be shared at www.kurzawafh.com. Born in Perth Amboy, Richie has been a lifelong resident of South Amboy. has been working over 10 years as a Chef for Mulberry Street Restaurant & Bar of Woodbridge. Beloved & cherished son to Tadeusz & Teresa (Banach) Szot. Loving brother to Arkadiusz Szot and his wife Danuta and Krzystof Szot and his wife Kat. Richie is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to a charity of choice.
